November 3, 2005 a Plaintiff's Statement of Undisputed Material Facts and a Memorandum of law in support of plaintiff's motion for summary judgment against the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) were submitted to the judge handling this case. All of the atrocities that have been committed towards Fort Attaway by the Georgia DOT and the  FHWA are featured in these two documents.
